When to leave flags off

A first playthrough should feel like Grand Theft Auto V. Invincible and never-wanted turn that into a walking tour. Use them after you have finished the beat, or when you are scouting a camera path you will later film without the flags. Super jump on a city street looks like a glitch reel; on Chiliad it is a scout tool. Match the flag to the shot.

Wanted-star locks are for heist replays you already completed. They are not a substitute for learning the wanted system. If LSPD is the joke of the clip, leave stars on. If LSPD is noise in a car commercial, lock them off. Noclip is the unstick tool when a teleport lands in collision — then turn it off before you drive.
